                                    What are Roll-fries?

Roll-fries are the first real light french-fries. Hexagonally-shaped when cut,
round after being fried!

 

                                    Why  are Roll-fries so light?

Thanks to their mathematical round form allows
equal cooking on all sides.

And the new form allow for faster cooking and less fat penetration.


Tests conducted at the Malvoz Institute prove it,  Roll-fries only keep the essential fat
to be cooked, not a gram more:
”In a comparison test of colour and consistency, Roll Fries required a shorted cooking time”  Resulting in
reduced  fat content,  20% less than square fries!


                                     What about the taste?

All those that tasted them said the same thing. Roll Fries are lighter and have a
more natural taste.
